The registration fees, except the accompanying person’s fee, include admission to Technical sessions, Welcome Reception, Banquet, Lunch, Refreshments during breaks, and Proceedings.

The registered presenter is eligible to make one presentation at the symposium. Additional presentation fee(s) will apply to the second presentation, and/or any presentation greater than one.
