Contribution rules for Transactions of the Japan Fluid Power System Society
1. The contribution rules are regulated for the Transactions of the Japan Fluid Power System Society (JFPS). The papers (Research paper, Technical paper, and Rapid communication) published in the Transactions of the JFPS are coincidentally reported in the JFPS International Journal of Fluid Power System on web.
2. The papers contributed for the Transactions of the JFPS will be accepted without the distinctions between the JFPS members and non-members.
3. Papers must be original and previously unpublished researches that have reference to the field of the engineering and technology treated in the JFPS. Papers must be contributive for the engineering or useful for the fresh technology in industry. The length of the paper should be provided within 6 pages for Research paper, 4 pages for Technical paper, and 2 pages for Rapid communication, in principle. Rapid communication is only accepted as the web publication version.
4. It is required that an author fills in a “Manuscript Submission Form” and “Gist Explanation Form” designated by the JFPS, and sends it with the paper to the JFPS in electronic form. The Manuscript Submission Form” and “Gist Explanation Form” can be downloaded from the homepages of the JFPS.
5. It is preferable that the manuscripts are made according to the writing style of the Trans. of the JFPS by referring to the “Manuscript Template for the Transactions of the JFPS” posted on the homepages of the JFPS.
6. Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word and their pdf files should be sent by e-mail. The size of the pdf file must be within 2MB.
7. The corresponding author will receive 80 free off prints of the paper.
8. The copyright in papers accepted for publications becomes the property of the JFPS. However, it is accepted that the authors quote a part of the paper or the author translates the full of the paper into other language.
